WAREHOUSES ESTATES BELGIUM SA (hereinafter referred to as “WEB SA”), a Belgian public limited company and Public Regulated Real Estate Company (PRREC) under Belgian law, whose registered office is located at 29, avenue Jean Mermoz, 6041 Charleroi (Gosselies), Belgium, registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under company number 0426.715.074 – Charleroi CR, hereinafter referred to as “WEB SA” or “we”, is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to provide you with transparent information about how we process the personal data we collect or that you provide to us through our official website, w-e-b.be.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

The processing of your information is based on the following legal grounds (Article 6 of the GDPR):

Compliance with legal obligations to which WEB SA is subject as a company listed on Euronext Brussels, including transparency requirements imposed by the FSMA.
Performance of contractual or pre-contractual measures (lease management and execution of shareholder instructions).

WEB SA ensures that such transfers are governed in accordance with the GDPR:

Through the service providers’ adherence to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework approved by the European Commission;
Through the supplementary use of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the supervisory authority.

7. Data Retention Period

Your data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:

Distribution data (newsletters, reports): Retained until you withdraw your consent (request to be sent by email to info@w-e-b.be).
Shareholder and accounting data: Retained for a minimum period of 10 years in order to comply with our legal and tax obligations under Belgian law.
Browsing data (cookies): Retained for a maximum period of 365 days.
